Amber Trueblood is a licensed marriage and family therapist, speaker, and celebrated two-time author of Stretch Marks and The Unflustered Mom. With over 25 years of experience in the mental health field, Amber has supported individuals and families through private therapy, community-based services, group workshops, and wellness retreats.
As a mother of four sons, she brings a relatable, real-world lens to the emotional and psychological challenges of modern parenthood.
